Since Mozilla decided that Firefox updates should come out every 6 weeks things have been somewhat complicated, especially in the first days of launch already in most of the times the browser is not yet ready or simply a bug in last hour that delayed the departure and that at certain times ago that you required an extra update is detected.


But with the recent arrival of Firefox not step 18 nothing weird, the Mozilla development team is already currently working on the preparation process of what will be Firefox 18.0.1, minor update which will arrive in the coming days. But why launch this fast version? After the jump we'll talk a bit more than this.

Since Bugzilla we can find the answer that there we have a sample of eleven patches available for your web browser. However, three of the eleven errors have been catalogued with a critical severity level, that is why the Mozilla team is trying to fix this in the update to be released very soon.

Specifically the most problematic bugs are:
Errors when you run Firefox 18 in Windows, especially on the first run.Failure in Firebug after running the JavaScript debugger on LinuxEn OS X versions 'Unity' content does not play more, the feature isn't available in Firefox 18.
Other bugs are a little more technical and mostly affecting the use of proxy on OS X are related to occurrences of the page change suggestion box (this appears even when the page is correct).
